Today has seen the first day of the Godiva in the City event – a Coventry city centre celebration of music, entertainment and family fun.
The annual Godiva Festival isn’t taking place this year so, instead, the council has put on Godiva in the City. With two ticketed areas in Millennium Place and Gosford Street – although tickets are free to obtain – other events are taking place at the Cathedral Ruins, Broadgate and University Square.
Godiva in the City returns tomorrow, Sunday, July 5, with more musical entertainment, funfair, circus acts, family fun and much more.
