Two people were left injured following a four- vehicle crash which closed part of A46 in Warwickshire.
Police, firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene on the northbound carriageway of A46 between the A429 at Leek Wootton and the A452 yesterday afternoon (Wednesday, July 8)
It followed 999 calls at just after 4.30pm to report a multi-vehicle collision.
Warwickshire Police confirmed that officers found that four vehicles were involved in the incident.
A force spokesperson said: “Two people were taken to hospital – a man who had suffered neck injuries and a woman with leg and chest injuries. They were not life-threatening. “The road was re-opened around two hours later.”
