A man was sadly found dead in a property in Coventry.
West Midlands Police, West Midlands Fire Service (WMFS) and West Midlands Ambulance Service were called to Chorley Way last night (July 26).
WMFS confirmed it sent two engines – one from Coventry and the other from Foleshill stations.
“Shortly after 11.15pm on Sunday 26 July, we responded to Chorley Way, Coventry,” a WMFS spokesperson said.
“A fire engine from Coventry and a fire engine from Foleshill attended, to support police and ambulance colleagues at an incident.”
In a statement, West Midlands Police confirmed a man was sadly found dead.
His death is not being treated as suspicious.
“We were called after a man was sadly discovered dead in Chorley Way, Coventry, at around 11pm yesterday (26 July).” a force spokesperson said.
“The death is not currently being treated as suspicious and a report is being prepared for the coroner.”
