Frank Onyeka and Matt Grimes again occupy the holding midfield roles while Jack Rudoni and Ephron Mason-Clark are expected to be deployed wide of a forward line in a 3-4-3 system on the attack that sees Simms lead the line. Brandon Thomas-Asante drops out of the starting line-up to take a place on the bench on a night when Tatsuhiro Sakamoto sits out for a second consecutive game with a rib injury.
