Jamie Redknapp, the former footballer, will serve as the presenter for the live version of the show, which is making its theatrical debut at a venue located just a short distance from Coventry. The production will feature Tony Bellew and Jill Scott as team leaders, with Tom Davis adding competitive spirit and comic relief to the lineup. Patrice Evra and Maisie Adam are anticipated to appear as special guests, with further celebrity appearances still to be revealed.

The live production is scheduled to premiere at bp pulse LIVE in Birmingham on Monday, September 14, with additional performances arranged for Liverpool, Manchester, London, Newcastle and Glasgow. Since its debut in 2010, the BAFTA-winning programme has established itself as one of Britain’s most popular television formats, accumulating 20 series across 16 years. The stage adaptation retains the series’ reputation for gravity-defying challenges, memorable segments and characteristic humour.

Jamie Redknapp expressed his enthusiasm for bringing A League Of Their Own on tour to some of the biggest and best venues in the UK. He mentioned that they have assembled a top team of league legends and special guests, with every night promising to be different. The presenter indicated that hosting the live show represents a dream role, and he encouraged audiences to attend and enjoy the entertainment.

Tickets will be released for purchase through Live Nation at 10am on Friday, May 1.
