With the Easter bank holiday here, numerous drivers will be traveling the roads today – and we’ve compiled a list of the most affordable fuel stations in and around Coventry.

Our previous fuel price story was published on March 10 – almost a month past. At that time, the lowest price for petrol could be found at Tesco on Cannon Park Centre in Lynchgate Road where it was priced at 130.9p. Meanwhile, North Warwickshire held the distinction of being the priciest area in our region for filling up, with an average of 143.4p per litre.
Prices have since risen considerably, and finding petrol at 143p per litre nowadays would represent a good deal.
Data from petrolprices.com reveals the most economical option in Coventry right now is Costco Coventry Automat on Torrington Avenue, where petrol is currently selling for 144.9p per litre.
Diesel here costs 174.9p per litre.
Additional fuel stations in and around Coventry where you can still purchase petrol for under 150p per litre include Essar on Ansty Road (Wyken service station), Gulf on Dunchurch Highway (A45 Fuel express automat), Murco on Sewall Highway, Gulf at Bedworth (Smorrall Lane) and Texaco at Sandpits Lane.
