Fans of the BBC’s hugely successful show The Traitors will soon have the chance to put their manipulation and persuasion skills to the test as a highly anticipated interactive experience launches at Coombe Abbey Hotel.
Betrayed: Dinner & Deception will launch at the historic Warwickshire venue on Saturday, April 4, after generating huge interest following its completely sold-out debut at St Mary’s Guildhall last year.
An extra date at the city centre venue has been added for August 15, due to strong demand for the forthcoming event on April 11.
Operated by No Ordinary Hospitality, Coombe Abbey Hotel will now host the experience, giving guests a new opportunity to step into a world of strategy inspired by the acclaimed TV programme.
The event draws influence from The Traitors and challenges guests with uncovering the traitor hiding among them while completing various tasks.
Taking place within the atmospheric, candlelit passageways of the historic hotel, guests will receive a champagne reception, followed by a three-course dinner, all while navigating shifting alliances and growing suspicion as the evening unfolds.
James Webster, Director of Productions at Coombe Abbey Hotel, noted that the response at St Mary’s Guildhall had been phenomenal, and bringing Betrayed to Coombe Abbey enabled them to take the experience to another immersive and iconic location. He added that it was all about reading people and deciding who to trust.
Ron Terry, Group Operations Director at No Ordinary Hospitality, noted that Coombe Abbey provided the ideal backdrop for an experience such as Betrayed. He added that they were always seeking to provide something distinctive for their guests, and this looked set to be a truly unforgettable evening.
Costing £65.95 per person, guests will arrive from 7pm to enjoy a champagne reception before dinner begins, with the bar staying open until midnight.
