Police have issued an image of a man they want to find after a reported rape at Nuneaton Railway Station. It allegedly happened in March.

Officers were called to Nuneaton Railway Station at 9.25pm on Friday (March 13). It followed reports that a woman had been raped.

Now, the British Transport Police (BTP) would like to speak to 36-year-old Billy Ormiston. He has links to Coventry, Nuneaton, and Atherstone.

Sightings of Ormiston can be reported by calling 999. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to text BTP on 61016, quoting reference 708 of March 13.

A spokesman for the British Transport Police said: “British Transport Police detectives investigating a rape at Nuneaton Railway Station in Warwickshire are releasing the name and image of a man they would like to speak to.

“Officers were called to Nuneaton Railway Station at 9.24pm on Friday (March 13) following reports of a rape. Specially trained officers are continuing to support the victim.

“Officers would like to speak to Billy Ormiston, who is aged 36 and has links to the Nuneaton, Coventry and Atherstone areas. Anyone who has information about his whereabouts is asked to text BTP on 61016 or call 0800 40 50 40, using the reference 708 of March 13.

“For immediate sightings, please do not approach him but call 999. Information can be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
